"part. [un]employable" in sociology, not medicine "Analysis by gender shows that men are judged to be hardly employable more often than women. [...] Immigrants and young participants, as well as workers with other types of disadvantage (mainly ex-prisoners, as mentioned above) are considered as PARTIALLY EMPLOYABLE."

Taip, Rasa. Man "partially employable" skamba neblogai. Visai panašu į "partially fit for work".

Kaip jums "partially employable"?
Gintautas Kaminskas May 9, 2014:
Choose best option according to context UK, some doctors may use "disability" in the sense "not able to perform work due to medical condition". But the Lithuanian term is „iš dalies darbingas“, not „iš dalies neįgalus“. The focus is on ability to work, and I think the word "work" needs to figure in the translation. I found 3,260 results for the words "partially fit for work", which is a lot for a phrase that's not exactly the hottest topic of converstion on a daily basis. I think it suits the context better, it's more specific.
Valters Feists May 9, 2014:
Collins Dictionary And the generic definition of "disability":
"1. the condition of being unable to perform a task or function because of a physical or mental impairment"
http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/disabili...

It's not necessarily the same as "permanent total disability"/"permanent partial disability".
Valters Feists May 9, 2014:
Doctors, insurers, employers use "disability" ... in the sense "not able to perform work due to medical condition".

Sakyčiau viskas puiku, tik pati frazė yra būdvardinė, tad
gal dar tiksliau būtų pavartoti atitinkamai: "partially disabled"?
