PETITION
Hola,
Mi duda en el siguiente contexto es la preposición EN :
"naturaleza y objeto del proceso EN EL QUE se acuerda la solicitud:"
¿Sería correcto en inglés traducirlo literal como IN o hay alguna preposición más adecuada?
Muchas gracias!

This is how you would say this in English, IMO:

is decided
Without a lot of context:
"nature and purpose of the proceeding in which the petition is decided"
"nature and purpose of the proceeding in which the petition is decided"
Example sentence:
Petitioner wants to continue it until the petition is decided.

: It sounds like the asker doesn't want the rest of the sentence, but I agree with "in which".

nature and object of the process in which it is agree that ---
They are talking about a process in which something as agree - the term "se acuerda" refers to the agreement between parts.

: it is agree? is that English? surely we don't usually call a petition a "process"?// no, EN-spkg lawyers do not generally call court proceedings "process"

Should obviously read "it is agreed", or, in this case, "the petition is accepted" - or agree to the request / petition. The term "Process" refers to the word "proceso" in the original phrase.
