The full sentence is Que comparece a otorgar el presente instrumento publico contentivo del mutuo acuerdo de Cesacion de Efectos Civiles de matrimonio catolico de sus poderdantes en virtud de lo previsto para el efecto por el Art. 34 de la Ley 962 de 2005, reglamentada por el Decreto 4436 de 28 de Noviembre de 2005.
