The principle of the Australian insolvency regime is that all the assets of an insolvent company should be divided rateably among its creditors. To this end, the Corporations Act has included provisions relating to unfair preferences, uncommercial transactions and voidable dispositions. The 1993 amendments to the Corporations Act, pre-empted by the Harmer Report, means that the scope of void dispositions is now much narrower than previously.

: "dispositions" - certainly in the reference you've provided - means transfers of property/conveyances - in insolvency sale/transfer of property to avoid creditors is not allowed
