Architectural Patrimony/(Heritage)
While we usually tend to avoid 'patrimony' in English, I think it fits here. It's often used in collocation with 'architectural'. It's an *architectural term* in English. We need to overcome our fear of cognates.
Also, 'patrimony' allows you to omit 'cultural', which is causing some challenges, as I can see.
Either way, I really think 'cultural' is redundant.
(My husband was in charge of architectural patrimony/heritage in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and I have translated much of his work, so I do have familiarity with the field, even though it's not one of my declared specialties.)
Native English examples of 'architectural patrimony':
dictionary.reference.com/browse/patrimony
**Historic preservation is essential to retain our architectural patrimony**. It's a moving if slightly schmaltzy tribute to the richness of the city's cultural patrimony.
