parent contract终止 --> 书面通知对方 --> 30天之后本协议终止

This agreement may be terminated by either party in case of parent contract termination and upon 30 days’ written notice to the other party.
在主合同终止的情况下，本协议可由任一方提前三十日发出书面通知后予以终止。

这个30天不一定是总协议终止后的30天内。
终止合同需要满足先后两个条件（注意：原文用的是连词 AND，不是OR）：
（1）主合同终止后，一方取得（2）提前三十日发出书面通知即终止协议的权利。
