Bring all team members up to speed quickly

not exactly sure if this is right due to lack of context
Peer comment(s):

agree Charlie Bavington : assuming the whole thing is self-contained (a bullet point, say) then yep, FWIW, I reckon this is exactly what it means

FWIW thanks Charlie :-)
agree sarahl (X) : except for the fact that he's comparing teams, not individual team members

this is a to do list; homogeneous means every member should have same competence-who's comparing?
neutral Emérentienne : but again, "compétences" is not rendered speed and quickly is too much insistence on rapidity

disagree Charlie Bavington : have to say, I think this *IS* the whole sentence (or phrase, anyway, e.g. a bullet point) and rather fear that by using "by", you may have grasped wrong end of stick. I'm not entirely sure I know what a "fast, seamless set" is, either, to be honest...

neutral Emérentienne : Jane, dans ta traduction ce qui manque c'est la notion de compétence

disagree Tony M : Have to agree with CB, I don't think 'des' is 'by' here but 'of'

Peer comment(s):

neutral RHELLER : smooth? acquisition by the teams? sorry, but that sentence structure is incorrect
