ALLOCATIONS AND DISTRIBUTIONS.
Reallocation on Transfer.
In the event that a member's interest is transferred in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the allocations provided in this Article of this Agreement shall be further reallocated between the transferor and the transferee in the same ratio as the number of days each of them owned the Partnership interest during the fiscal year of the Partnership for which the allocation is being made.
