Danish term

getting maskine

Danish to English Tech/Engineering Automotive / Cars & Trucks
Hello,

"Getting maskine" appears in a list of machinery covered by an insurance policy. My client has described the "getting maskine" as a piece of equipment to remove tyres from wheel rims, but I can't find a suitable succinct translation. Alos, is "getting" a brand name, I wonder?

Despite being relatively comfortable with Danish insurance terminology, these more technical terms are defeating me, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Richard

In their description, the client attached this photo

together with this explanation:
"Gettting er et navnet på maskinen.

Maskinen er sådan en der tager dæk af fælge. "

Depending on how sophisticated it is, this could possibly be a "tyre-changer" or a "tyre lever" (=tire iron), but I have no idea why it should be called "getting maskine"...
