Verstehe ich das richtig, und alle Änderungen etc der Vertragsbestimmungen und ihrer Addenda bedürfen der Schriftform?

Ich sehe es so wie ... ... LegelTransD, im Orig. hätte m.E. ein Komma stehen müssen: " provisions of, or addition to(,)"
