"In rhetoric and ethics, two wrongs make a right and two wrongs don't make a right are phrases that denote philosophical norms. "Two wrongs make a right" is a fallacy of relevance, in which an allegation of wrongdoing is countered with a similar allegation. Its antithesis, "two wrongs don't make a right", is a proverb used to rebuke or renounce wrongful conduct as a response to another's transgression."

Izreka

: izreka zasigurno postoji, ali nema veze sa "two wrongs don't make a right" // "Dva loša ubiše Miloša" postoji/koristi se u svakodvenom govoru, ali ne odgovara kao prevod.

Discussion
It's a very plausible interpretation, but it's not how it's used.
"Two wrongs don't make a right" is used to mean: the fact that someone has done something wrong to you doesn't make it right for you to do something wrong to that person in return, i.e. your wrongdoing considered together with the other person's wrongdoing doesn't change your wrongdoing in an acceptable action (= a right).
