From a medical report: Zuweisung wegen anhaltenden Palpitationen ("Pfudere") zum Teil über mehrere Stunden dauernd.
It does not appear to be a typo, as it appears a second time: Dieses Herzstolpern und "Pfudere" stört und verängstigt Frau [redacted] zunehmend.
The medical report is from Switzerland. Is this regional Swiss jargon?

"pfudere" seems to be a dialect word from Ursenbach near Bern: the definition given in the "Wörter vo Urschebech" dialect dictionary is:
1) übereilen, 2) unexakt arbeiten.
So probably something like 'palpitations", "racing" etc.

Pfudern is a blubbering or bubbling noise - it's also a dialect word for blowing a raspberry.

I reckon the word Pfudere (in brackets!) is the description the patient gave for her problem - that's why I went for bubbling rather than a medical term
