Spanish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) payment methods (cards)

This is taken from an internal PowerPoint presentation for a major international bank. The presentation claims to be about cards, but the content of it relates to all manner of payment methods (including things like mobile-phone payments, for example). This slide relates to the objectives of the bank's Retail and Commercial Banking division, and I think that the four items in this list relate to other divisions of the banking group (ie. HR, Risk, others, and ???). The source text is as follows:
