How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

@Allegro, as Phil has already mentioned, this seems to be a US / UK difference. As an American, I understand the term 'legal aid' to refer to free or cheap legal advice and likely representation, from either a governmental or non-governmental body (not including public defenders however). See the following link at the (private) University of Chicago; many similar institutions exist around the country.

My take on this "legal aid" and "free legal advice" are 2 different things entirely. The first funds your legal costs out of government money, the second is (often but not always) provided by pro bona lawyers or the employees of organisations like (UK) Citizens Advice Bureau

Can't speak for the UK, but yes in the US I fully expect a legal aid clinic / office etc. to give free or cheap advice to the public.

Allegro I think this is a UK/US thing. Legal aid means financial support in the UK, but as far as I can see it means advice or assistance over here.

Like Jill, I think you need to get away from Legal Aid center which is far more of an established urban office-based center whereas these are more in the community, presumably with this program of local facilitators?

Gracias por la sugerencia Onidia, sin embargo aplicadas a la realidad nacional tendría que modificar el office puesto que en realidad no son instalaciones equipadas con todas las de ley.

legal aid society / clinic

'Office' is fine. 'Society' is somewhat more common, and 'clinic' is another term that gets used somewhat less often.

Legal Assistance Center

If you want to choose a term that explains what it does but doesn't sound like the proper name of a U.S. organization, you could try this. If you Google it, you will find some places that use this terminology. I also agree that either legal aid office or legal aid clinic would be fine.
