Gas them!

Non-PRO FVA Not for points May offend English to Turkish Other Idioms / Maxims / Sayings Slogan chanted in demonstration
This is a slogan which the British newspapers said the the supporters of Prime Minister Erdoğan chanted at a recent demonstration "Go, captain, gas them! Break their hands". I cannot vouch for its veracity.
What would this be in Turkish? The gas referred to is, of course, tear gas. I make no comments as to the rights or wrongs of crowd behaviour. I cannot find a neat Turkish verb for the above entry. 'Ver onlara biber gazı!

This would be my favoured answer because of the news reference that supports it. Thanks to all.
I'm not sure what sık means in this context so I would be grateful for an elucidation of this. Is it from sıkmak or is it the adverb sık?
