Spanish term

lo que no se aprecia en el convenio propuesto por lo que procederá su aprobación

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Divorce document
Hello,

I am translating a Spanish divorce document and just can't clinch the sentence below:

"lo que no se aprecia en el convenio propuesto por lo que procederá su aprobación."

Here is more context, namely the original Spanish, followed by my translation, until I came to a stumbling block.
I have translated "convenio propuesto" as "proposed settlement" earlier, and there is reference later to the "convenio regulador", which I have translated as "settlement agreement".

SEGUNDO. – Señala el artículo 90 del Código Civil, que los acuerdos de los cónyuges, adoptados para regular las consecuencias de la nulidad, separación o divorcio, serán aprobadas por el Juez, salvo si son dañosos para los hijos o gravemente perjudiciales para uno de los cónyuges; lo que no se aprecia en el convenio propuesto por lo que procederá su aprobación.

SECONDLY. - Article 90 of the Civil Code indicates that the agreements of the spouses, adopted to settle the consequences of nullity, separation or divorce, will be approved by the judge, unless detrimental to the children or seriously damaging to one of the spouses; lo que no se aprecia en el convenio propuesto por lo que procederá su aprobación.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Thank you to both lornab23 and Mariano Jacobo. Both answers were very helpful and allowed me to complete my translation.

which cannot be demonstrated in the agreement herein and thus shall be approved

The phrase means that a judge will only approve the separation agreement as long as it doesn't prove detrimental to minors or any of the spouses.

BTW: Artículo > Section, not article

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I found both answers helpful, but this one sounded slightly better in terms of style, as well as rendering the meaning."

which is not the case in the proposed agreement therefore [the judge] will proceed with its approval

There are several ways that this can be said.
The issue here is that since the judge does not see the proposed agreement/settlement as "dañoso para los hijos o gravemente perjudiciales para uno de los cónyuges" then he can go ahead an approve it...
