A testing system. Under the heading 'Elektroanschluss des Prüfstandes' is a picture of a 'Cekon Stecker'. I have found references to 'Cekon plugs' but these all seem to be translations.

CEE connector

As far as I know, Cekon is a 'Germanized' contraction of 'CEE connector'.

Both terms describe a 5-pin shrouded connector for 3-phase power applications.

In your case, it's a CEE plug (several hundred googles).

It may also be a translation, but this British website certainly calls it a plug too.
