Thus it was advisable to submit not just a clean copy of the amended claims, but a copy of the claims as granted indicating the verbal additions and deletions by which the claims of the new request were derived from the claims as granted.
Il est donc conseillé de soumettre non seulement une copie au propre des revendications modifiées, mais également une copie des revendications du brevet tel que délivré, sur laquelle sont signalés les suppressions et les ajouts décidés oralement, par lesquels les revendications selon la nouvelle requête se distinguent des revendications du brevet tel que délivré.

"In such a continuation or divisional application, a clean copy of a specification (i.e., reflecting amendments made in the parent application) may be submitted together with a copy of the oath or declaration from the previously filed application so long as no new matter is included in the specification.
