Kako mi je objasnjeno unutrasnje velike vode su poplave koje se javljaju unutar zasticenih zona, a spoljasne velike vode su vode koje dolaze van zasticene zone i ulaze u nju. Mislim da je prije nesto kao "internal flood water". Vidjecemo hoce li neko od kolega doci sa elegantnijim rjesenjem. Hvala! |
