I've never seen using "statutes" in such a context here, my accountant told, he had neither.
Thus, I'd rather go by "company bylaws" if you are not thrilled about regulations.

: ^ Tas, kas būtu jāskatās tikai salīdzināšanai (t.i., ko nevajag), jo Kristīne L. jau nenorāda, ka runa būtu par specifisko jaunizgudroto "Eiropas [uzņēmēj]sabiedrību". Prasīts tika, kā ir Lielbrit. angļu valodā. "Statutes" varētu būt pārcēlums no fr. val.
