Dans la mesure ou le recourant n'est parvenu a demontrer ni qu'il aurait subi une atteinte illicite a sa personnalite ni que le comportement de l'intime consacrerait un abus de droit, les griefs de violation des principes de la bonne foi et de la proportionnalite, qui n'ont pas de portee propre, tombent a faux.
