What is the official translation? Should I translate them or leave the name in English?

There is another version found on the web: Código Civil de Prácticas y Remedios de Texas (wordreference.com) but I have not been able to find any offical websites from the State of Texas that uses this version.

: Agree with Mónica. Here they use "Recursos" www.hhs.state.tx.us/.../CivilRights_esp.shtml & "Ann." is Annotated (Anotado) (see ex. www.kr-ba.com/Landlord Tenant Act(9-8-2006).pdfFile) .
