Non capisco nella frase che segue cosa significa "are time":
The Opponent’s are time and again stating facts that are not relevant to the present case and imputing insinuations on the Applicant.
NB: Opponent è un'azienda e nel testo in questione è sempre utilizzato al singolare tranne in caso di genitivo sassone
