впрочем, вариант "реакция клиентов" тоже возможен. в зависимости от того, какого рода "обратная связь" имеется в виду. Возможно это пожелания, выраженные в словесной форме или в форме голосования, выставления баллов. А возможно и другие виды реакций и поведения по отношению к продукту, на основании которых принимают решения о направлении дальнейших разработок.

Возможно это пожелания, выраженные в словесной форме или в форме голосования, выставления баллов. А возможно и другие виды реакций и поведения по отношению к продукту, на основании которых принимают решения о направлении дальнейших разработок.
