Encombrant non-topable

French to English Tech/Engineering Management post office processing terminology
Some context: Section 7.1.2. Intégration des données « Encombrant non topable » Actuellement, les données concernant l’encombrant non topable sont traitées dans des tableaux distincts des tableaux concernant le PGE. Cela pourrait être combiné dans les mêmes fichiers. « Encombrant non topable » refers to letters or parcels. Probably non-topable may refer to mail/parcels that cannot be squeezed, pressed, etc. because there's another reference to that thing in my text: Il s'agit de grand format épais et donc topable (sup 2cm). Could it "non-skrinkable"?

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
