The term appears in a table entitled TEJIDOS EXTRAIDOS under the heading: Instrumental Quirurgico
The BST stands for Banco de Sangre y Tejidos. What really interests me is the OF1.
Is it an abbreviation for a type of surgical instrument? Some type of serial number for tracking the instrument?
The same type of abbreviation occurs later in the same table but is written differently: BSTOF/2 and BST OF/3

The types of tejidos extraidos may be: óseo en formol, óseo en fresco, blando en formol, blando en fresco... The only reason I am suggesting this is because you said is in a table entitled TEJIDOS EXTRAIDOS.
