"deed of power of attorney"
here is the context :
"The power of representation under which Ms.XXXXX acts are derived from a deed of power of attorney, granted in the presence of the Notary Public of San Javier, Mr XXXX on 23/10/ 2007 recorded as number XXX of his records."

cette traduction est imparfaite, mais le strict équivalent n'existe pas. on a d'ailleurs tendance à utiliser également l'expression "power of attorney" à l'oral (en revanche je ne l'ai jamais vu écrit).
