The shop owns a percentage of the land, in propotion to its area to the other units of a complex, which is not either subdivided or specified. If, for example, the percentage of land, specified belongs to the shop, is 10 % then the shop owns 10% of the land NOT necessarily UNDER the shop but everywhere and anywhere on that land.
