For this purpose the commissions also establish funds like the so called Vollzugsfonds (implementation funds) in the construction sector, the wood sector and the track construction sector (for details, see table 1 in the appendix).

Vollzugskostenbeiträge sind Beiträge, welche die einem Gesamtarbeitsvertrag unterstellten Arbeitgebenden und Arbeitnehmenden an die Kosten des Vollzugs und der Kontrolle desselben zu leisten haben. Auch ausländische Arbeitgebende, die Arbeitnehmende in die Schweiz entsenden, schulden diese Beiträge.
