Annika Hagdahl Manni (asker) Feb 27, 2012:
I really opt to take not subject to as Tom in London says as this is an invoice that is not with added Vat as I need to pay it in tyhe country where I live (not where they have given me the job)
Vincent Lemma Feb 27, 2012:
Just a reference I go crazy if I don't find the precise translation at times. Going against my own answer I post the following link. I am leaving my answer for the asker to decide anyways.

sorry, the "od" is an "of"...
Note from asker:
so the most right should be VAT Exempt under Art (No.) 7 ter and Presidential Decree 633/72 as amended

disagree Tom in London : "amendments" is incorrectly spelled amd "od" means nothing. Also "successive" is not quite right here.

aside from my hasty spelling errors, which I stated and are due to this terrible Mac keyboard :(, I would like further knowledge on "successive".
agree philgoddard : OK apart from the typos, and you're right to leave "ter" as it is. You could also say "as amended".

Thanks Phil, I am chopping away at my old Mac (US keyboard as oppose to Italian on my PC). I still uphold successive to later, as proposed by Tom. Perhaps, he may have a point. Be curious to detail this issue for future translations.
