Payment order?
(http://www.blurtit.com/q163426.html)

Discussion
The reason for my saying so is that:
1. My wife is a back-office bank officer with many years experience in both Russian and English-language banks. She can't think of any other English name for that document despite working with them on a daily basis.
2. I myself worked for many years as a programmer at the banks and other finsncial institutions implementing and supporting software for those payments. Same story - I can't recall ever seen any other name for what you describe despite having dealt with them often enough.
So, all I can do here is support Sam's version.
P.S. If you want to add "incomplete" or "partial" as a qualifier - that's fine but it wont't be a part of the document name, just some extras attached to it.
