Compliance with U.S. Importer Security Filing (ISF or 10+2) Requirements:
In order that Purchaser may be compliant with Section 203 of the SAFE Port Act of 2006 and the Importer Security Filing required by this Act, Seller shall provide to the Purchaser's designated U.S.
customs broker with each shipment the following information: manufacturer and/or Seller's name and address, Purchaser's name and address, the container stuffing location, the consolidator name and address, the ship to name and address, the importer of record number, the commodity Harmonized Number (6 digits) and the country of origin of the merchandise (collectively "Information").
This Information shall be provided to the Purchaser's designated U.S. customs broker no later then seventy two (72) hours prior to the loading of the oceancontainer. Seller will be liable to Purchaser for, and shall hold Purchaser harmless from, any monetary penalties, fines, liquidated damages, or forfeitures assessed by any government agency, whether assessed administratively and/or judicially, as a result of Seller providing, directly or indirectly, any false, inaccurate, or untimely Information.

В соответствии с этими правилами, вступившими в силу 26 января 2009 года, импортеры в США обязаны предоставлять ряд сведений не менее чем за 24 часа до погрузки грузов на судно в иностранном порту. Департамент безопасности США US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) вводит новые требования к предоставлению информации о грузах, следующих в страну, опубликовав форму заявки безопасности импортера и дополнительные требования к перевозчику Importer Security Filing ICF и Additional Carrier Requirements. Да, если вы обратили внимание, в примере выше используется "заявка". Я все же думаю, что правильнее этот документ называть "декларацией", как и все остальные документы подобного рода.
