I have court records from Ecuador. They are listings of cases with numbers, courtrooms, crimes, people taking part. The heading is Actividades Desarrolladas. One line says:
Acción / Delito: Deprecatorio
Later, it says "REMITE DEPRECATORIO
It it probably some sort of legal proceeding since it took place in a civil court.

letters rogatory
Without more context, I'd say “letters rogatory”
A letter rogatory or letter of request is a formal request from a court to a foreign court for some type of judicial assistance. The most common remedies sought by letters rogatory are service of process and taking of evidence.

"Letter of request" could be another option, and for "REMITE DEPRECATORIO" "ISSUE LETTERS ROGATORY/LETTER OF REQUEST" could work.

or
"ISSUANCE OF LETTERS ROGATORY/LETTER OF REQUEST" if it's not an order

It could even be some other kind of petition or even pleadings, but this is all guesswork without more context.
