Spanish term

poder judicial

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) power of attorney
The title of the document, which is a power of attorney, is "poder judicial" and the previous answers given for this term are confusing me slightly. Am I right in thinking that in this context, at the top of the document as a title, it simply means "power of attorney"?

I believe that you are right. That is what they mean, not "judiciary."

I agree with the previous comment that the "judicial" is redundant.
