retroversioflexion

One tiny google hit for retroversioflexion at Dorland's medical dictionary:

retroversioflexion (ret·ro·ver·sio·flex·ion) (ret²ro-v[schwa]r²se-o-flek¢sh[schwa]n) retroversion combined with retroflexion.

Also confirmed in Stedman Bilingue Diccionario de Ciencias Medicas

For the translation of the sentence, I would (not being able to document use of an adjectival form for retroversioflexion) translate something like this:

Retroversioflexion of the uterus. or
Uterine retroversioflexion.

pp.ss.: since retroversion and retroflexion are alawys associated I would use both adjectives, unless a colleague finds the exact match (and I am sure somebody will)
