For the translation of the sentence, I would (not being able to document use of an adjectival form for retroversioflexion) translate something like this:
Retroversioflexion of the uterus. or
Uterine retroversioflexion.
retroversioflexion (ret·ro·ver·sio·flex·ion) (ret²ro-v[schwa]r²se-o-flek¢sh[schwa]n) retroversion combined with retroflexion.
