díky, Hannah! Jinak si myslím, že by to tam asi mělo být, neboť prisoner může být at large i lawfully, např. při přerušení výkonu trestu.

díky, Honzo! Výše v poznámce je citace z britského zákona, kde se výslovně termín "unlawfully at large" definuje. Ale v dané větě se "unlawfully" zřejmě může vypustit, vyplývá to z kontextu.
