I don't understand the meaning of this reply by a Mexican employee in a company survey. Is this a saying in Mexico?
How could you say this in English? The texts are the answers of Mexican employees to a company survey, questions are not included. Mainly, they are saying what they like/dislike about the company and making suggestions.
This is the context:
"Queremos mas utilidades, ***ya no viven tanto pan y regálenlo***"
"Pongan sindicato rojo, el que está no ayudo" (this answer belongs to a different employee)
Any ideas/suggestions?

: It must mean something like this. The problem is "viven"; my guess is that it's an error for some other verb.

Puede ser del verbo VIVAR, que significa Cheers.
Maybe then it would be: Do not cheer so much about bread and spread it.
I can tell you that utilidades in Mexico makes reference to the company profits here they have an explanation...so it seems like the employee is asking for more profit sharing, could be?
