English to Spanish Science Medical: Pharmaceuticals Opioids

Hi everyone.

"In practical terms, high-dose buprenorphine (8–16 mg) was found to be more effective than 20–40 mg of methadone daily (low dose) and equatable between 50–70 mg (moderate dose), and up to 100 mg (high dose) of methadone daily."

I haven't been able to find "equatable" in reputable Spanish dictionaries. Thanks in advance.
