Part of an expert witness's opinion regarding the effects of a toxic substance on the human organism: "E una tossicità diretta, in particolare di tipo vascolare, che portava alla crostiolisi, quindi una patologia diciamo delle ossa, delle dita e conseguente a un impatto sulla circolazione, e a una patologia epatica." I can't seem to find ''crostiolisi'' anywhere, so any advice would be much appreciated!
