English to Spanish Medical

Part of a leaflet explaining to patients of a clinic what a "repeat prescription" is and how to ask for one. I was wondering if there was a stock phrase which is the equivalent in Spanish. I realise this has been answered before but as in "repetir el tratamiento/receta" and not as a noun.
An example of use is "all requests for repeat prescriptions should be made in writing".
I am toying with "receta repetida" or "receta de repetición". By the way, the leaflet does explain what it means so there's no need to go too far into that. It needs to be understandable to people from both Spain and Latin America. Any other opinions out there? Thanks folks!
