Context: OPERATING AGREEMENT (US ENGLISH)
"Any Company gain or loss realized with respect to property, other than money, contributed to the Company by a Member shall be shared among the Members and so as to take account of the difference between the Company basis and the fair market value of the property at the time of the contribution ("BUILT-IN GAIN or loss"). Such built-in gain or loss shall be allocated to the contributing Member upon the disposition of the property."
