spravne. je to administrativni pravni oddeleni, rizene dle zakona

dedicska kancelaria je sucast sudu, a na inych slovenskych sudoch sa nazyva aj dedicske oddelenie. je to interna zalezitost kazdeho sudu, a je dost nezvycajne, ze sa oficialne spomina, pretoze samostatne nema ziadne pravomoci, len sam sud ich ma.

my nevime zda jde o soudni spor nebo o oddeleni soudu kde se drzi (a vydavaji k prosetreni) dokumenty, uprimne receno mne nikdy nenapadlo ze se jedna o soudni spor.... pokud ano, tak omluva

na slovensku, a asi aj v cechach, register zavetov vedie notarska komora, nie sud, preto navrh pani hannah geiger (wills and probate records registry) nepovazujem za vhodny ,ak sa ma tykat slovenskych sudov.

vybavuje sťažnosti a podania týkajúce sa dedičského konania, rozhoduje o ustanovení správcu dedičstva,
prijíma návrhy na prejednanie dedičstva,
pripravuje návrhy nemeritórnych rozhodnutí,
pripravuje spisy na prejednanie,
vykonáva porozsudkovú agendu,
pripravuje návrhy uznesení o začatí dedičského konania atď.

evidence zaveti u soudu, take je centralni evidence coz je e-evidence. Zde se jedna o soudni evidenci......proto jsem davala slovo "registry"

Ak je to o dedicnom konani tak su to notarske kancelaria.

I don't think that 'inheritance department' (department of revenue and inheritance in the US) is meant here, because it is outside of the courts and deals with taxes. Unless, of course, there is a tax dispute stemming from it in which case there might be a court case. IMHO

The word "probate" comes to mind (in the context of inheritance), but I'm not sure of the exact function of the "dedičská kancelária". Is it concerned with inheritance tax, for example?

it is not concerned with inheritance taxes, but with proper passing of the will on to the survivors.
