Dysventilation

It is the type of ventilation fitted in buses and trailers (certain types)
and there are nozzles you can target in the direction you want the air to go.

Perhaps in English you simply have to say individual nozzle ventilation or nozzle ventilation system. You certainly can't say dysventilation in English - that would suggest "impaired ventilation" (even although some might say that is an accurate description of the air on public transport!).

Here are a couple of references in EN referring to German systems (Düsenbelüftung).

The O 302 was the first touring coach from Mercedes-Benz to feature individual nozzle ventilation for every passenger seat. And it was also the first to be optionally available with air conditioning, mounted in a box above the rear end.
