This is from a newspaper article on the new strategic planning for a coastal area (Spain). The area has strict regulations because of its ecological value and because they want to attact high-end tourism.
"Para esta zona se establece un número mínimo de plazas en establecimientos turísticos en los que concurran los principios de uso exclusivo y unidad de explotación, de 600 plazas."
