agree Taña Dalglish : Agree. However, in this case, I believe that the target country is important. In fact, I am presently working on something similar now and in certain countries it is "Law" as opposed to an "Act". Saludos.

I would never translate the name of legislation - a name is a name is a name, just like a person's name. Correct way is to give an "explanatory translation" in brackets.
