English to Italian Law/Patents

Partner shall ensure that *** or its Suppliers will have the right to enforce End User Agreements as a third party beneficiary, and Partner agrees that (i) *** may join Partner as a named plaintiff in any suit brought by *** against an End User, and (ii) Partner will take such other actions, give such information and render such aid, as may be necessary to allow *** or its Suppliers to bring and prosecute such suits.

Non riesco a capire che fa il partner quando si dice "Partner will take such other actions". Qualcuno mi aiuta???
