Duties:

Provide management-assistance services in general accounting, human resources, management information systems, compliance, **payroll practices, employee benefits and legal.

provide (i) services relating to personnel and human resources management, including but not limited to salaries processing, completing tax returns and tax reporting for employees, and (ii) provide consulting assistance relating to compliance and legal functions.
