"Ruidos intestinales" - información en español

After some online searching through Spanish-language texts covering abdominal sounds, I'm inclined to agree with Dr. F.'s answer. Bringing up Spanish-language sites covering "ruidos abdominales," I found references to both "ruidos intestinales" and "ruidos hidroaéreos" but no "ruidos" whose accompanying adjective began with an "L". Below are examples of what I found on Medline Plus and at the University of Maryland website, respectively.
