It's unlikely this has anything to do with a deal reached 'à l'amiable', since the court is 'ordering' the money to be returned to the same person.

The sum paid into court by the claimant pursuant to the order, together with all interest accrued thereon, be paid out of court to the claimant.

"paid out of court" is clearly the reverse of 'paid into court", and the sentence is simply saying that the money paid at the start of the process by the claimant will now be returned to the claimant, with interest.
