Here's a nice little reference I found and was going to post with my answer, but others beat me to it, so here it is anyway. It may come in handy for other tasting notes:

"Some of the Types of Wine Aroma:
Flowers: Acacia, almond blossom, wallflower,honeysuckle, rose, elderflower, etc
Fresh Fruit: Apricots, bananas, pineapple, blackcurrant, raspberry, grapefruit, etc
Dried Fruit: Almonds, raisins, figs, glace cherries,prunes, etc
Spices: Cinnamon, cloves, ginger, bay, pepper,nutmeg, etc
Vegetal Aromas: Grass, leaves, pine, sandal wood,mushrooms, cigars, loam, etc
Confectionery: Liquorice, vanilla, aniseed, bergamot,acid drops, etc
Burnt Aromas: Burnt wood, tea, coffee, cocoa, caramel,tar, etc
